We need to hold a meeting to dicuss about the presentation in 2 weeks. Also we need to iron out some bugs which are still in the software and implement the pictures + sounds which i have edited/completed.
Please dicuss below.

ReplyDeleteI would opt for Saturday this week if possible after 3. We also need to transport the table. Steve and Lorn can you agree on times when pls?

ReplyDeleteI suggest we do the same thing as last time, Monday we split the presentation and throughout the week (between the 10th and the 15th) we all work on the respective slides. Saturday 15th we meet at my house and we go through the complete cycle. At the end of the session we can place the table in someone's car and agree about a plan to get the device to STC.
Throughout the coming week I'll be preparing the table including volume and lighting, etc.
I sent an Email to Matthew to give us an extra week and presented him with a revised plan considering that according to the scheme of work we probably have to present Vanessa's assignment too.

i agree regarding meeting saturday 15th. However, unless someone can get the table some time monday early to test the table in the ambient of the room(because of light) we will have a problem.
