Ideas from Ambient Technology part for the solution

My part of the solution contains the following:

Different RFID tags on every corner and stairs and an RFID reader on the trouser’s belt to guide the individual inside the building through a wifi communication with Software agent and using tangible object(Lorn/Steve) to output the information. Information like number of footsteps to arrive to a checkpoint and the number of a fleet of steps is provided.


RFID tag is embeded in the walking stick, shoes and glasses which are used with another RFID reader under a floor mat to open the front door(from inside and the outside and a sensor (Mark) to close the door if it remains untouched, in case RFID reader detects the rfid tag when door is not needed open.

RFID reader on trouser belt is also used to detect the tangible device(with an RFID tag embedded) in the house if passed near it. Trouser’s Belt sends a signal through wifi to the Software agent for it to send an alert to the emergency service, if after a specified time, the RFID reader does not detect the tangible device's RFID tag

A Software Agent, which takes care to generate automatic alerts to emergency staff based on emotion sensing through affective computing, and body position(Mark), as well as decide what information is sent to the tangible object on the position of the individual inside the house.

Please comment on what you can add and whether my part of the solution makes sens for you guys

Hi guys,

thanks for the emails. I'll be looking at what you have come up with later on today and work on my part of the presentation. It should be done by Saturday, latest Sunday morning. Should i encounter any difficulties i'll let you all know;)
